MISSIONS : Deliver scientific and medical information regarding health products to healthcare professionals and patients in accordance with current regulatory guidelines and in strict adherence to the Laboratory's recommendations.
- Receive first and second-level requests from Healthcare Professionals and Patients (incoming contacts: telephone, e-mail, fax, post, etc.), during working hours
- Ensure the traceability of requests received using designated databases, as well as documentary updates
- Respond to requests according to client guidelines
- Transfer requests to the appropriate specialists when they fall outside the area of expertise
- Detect pharmacovigilance and product complaint cases and notify the concerned services
- Alert managers of any information having a direct or indirect impact on the activity
- Participate in Crisis Management (answering calls, sending mail, activity reports)

PROFIL : - Full proficiency in scientific Dutch or German
- Conversational English?
- Scientific training in Life sciences or previous experience in close contact with Health Care professionals.
- Experience in telephone communication
- Responsive and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Sense of service and team spirit
